Must See
There is plenty to keep you occupied in this delightful city, adorned with over a thousand medieval and modern fountains. Start your visit at the Lindenhof, the city square, which is the centre of Zurich history. From here, peruse the city as it rises on both sides of the River Limmat. Just below this square lies Bahnhofstrasse, one of the most expensive shopping streets in Europe. Characterised by its steep cobbled alleyways and attractive architecture Zurich's Old Town is a great place to explore. Visit one of the medieval churches and the spectacular art gallery. Zurich is lush and green, with plenty of parks to escape to including the Zurich Horn, always overflowing with people and street musicians.

Shopping
There is a vast array of shops right in the heart of the city centre including the many exclusive stores along the Bahnhofstrasse, which feature all kinds of goods from jewellery, leather, designer boutiques and fine silks. Just below this is a vast shopping complex, aptly named Shopville.

Zurich has a wide range of nightlife available, its dynamic clubbing scene is second to none and you'll find everything from Salsa to Techno! The most popular place in Zurich for nightlife is in the Old Town, on the left bank of the River Limmat, where you'll find many bars and cafés tucked away on the side streets.
