The Beach Villas is situated close to one of the most beautiful bays of the Aegean coast on the outskirts of Altinkum just 2 miles from the centre. Set in its own walled gardens this gated development offers an excellent standard of accommodation in the height of luxury, featuring a large villa with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living /dining room, kitchen area, and too many balconies and terraces to mention! Didm and Altinkum are just a 10minute drive away. The popular city of Bodrum is 75 minutes away and Izmir 90 minutes away. Local Tips: Altinkum literally vibrates in summer nights as bars, pubs and clubs are lined in downtown with different kinds of music wafting out from everywhere. Please Note – Rates are exclusive to European Union passport holders only. FACILITIES: Food, drink and entertainment: Self catering accommodation. The Beach Villas have an onsite bar, All prices include free welcome grocery pack. Sports, games and activities: Outdoor pool, sun loungers and parasols, within walking distance to the sea that is great for swimming. Additional: All prices are per villa not per person. Room Information
The Beach Villas offers linked Villas with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeping from 6 to 8 people. All villas have three floors with the ground level having a living room with TV/DVD, dining area, kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine, downstairs bathroom and a hallway/terrace. The first floor has two double/twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace, and the second floor has a double bedroom en suite with a terrace. A £5 per villa supplement is payable locally for use of air conditioning if required in June, July and August. Guests recieve a free milk, tea/coffee pack on arrival. Cots can be hired for £10 per week

Key Collection Details
All customers who have advised us of their flight information and arrive between 0900 and 2100 will be met by our member of our customer services team. Any customers who arrive between 0900 and 2100 and have not advised us of their flight information will be given keys by security who will inform our customer services team of the arrival who will attend as soon as possible.
