Please note: If the 'Update Passenger Info' button is not shown, then API is not required for this booking.
A European Union Directive states that all flights booked to EU States (from the UK and Ireland), require all passengers' passport details, nationality & date of birth to be attached prior to travel. This applies to all passengers, including children and infants.
Currently, this information is only required prior to departure for Thomas Cook* flights to all destinations and all airlines travelling to the USA, therefore we only request this for these bookings.
To add or update this information online, simply select the booking, on the left, and click 'View / Edit'
* For Thomas Cook Flights customers must complete Advanced Passenger Information by visiting www.flythomascook.com and choosing Manage My Booking from the home page. Customers will need their flight booking reference, lead passenger surname and departure date to access the booking and this can be done between 1 month and 7 days before departure. We recommend the lead passenger on the booking is responsible for entering each customers details on the website. In order to do this, the lead passenger will need to have all passengers passport details available. The flight booking reference can be found on your customers travel vouchers (e.g flight booking reference MZ46CE or S138339U).
