From the 'My Bookings' screen use the options at the top of the page to filter and sort your booking list so you can locate the booking you wish to view. Then click on the 'view/edit' link on the right hand side of the booking.

Once you have selected a booking to view (see question above: 'How do I view a booking?') you can find out how much the cancellation fee would be by clicking the 'Cancel Booking' button. The form then shows you the cancellation fee. You are able to go back from this screen and do not have to submit the request. The cancellation fee is only valid for cancelling at that time/date though and should be re-checked should you wish to cancel at a later time/date.

Once you have selected a booking to view (see question above: 'How do I view a booking?') you can cancel a booking by clicking the 'Cancel Booking' button and submitting the form. The cancellation fee will be shown on this page and you will get a printable time/date stamped 'receipt' upon submitting.

Once you have selected a booking to view (see question above: 'How do I view a booking?') you can re-issue the invoice by selecting clicking the 'Re-issue Invoice' button at any time. The 'Re-issue Tickets' button will appear once the tickets have been first issued (within 28 days of the departure date) and can then be re-issued if and when required.

Once you have selected a booking to view (see question above: 'How do I view a booking?') you can add a special request to the booking by clicking the 'Add Special Request' button and submitting the form. Please note this is only a request and all special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Once you have selected a booking to view (see question above: 'How do I view a booking?') you can update the Advance Passenger Information (API) by clicking on the 'Update Passenger Info' button and submitting the form. All information you submitted when making the booking has been saved and will be displayed on the form. You are free to update this information should it be incorrect. You are not able to update any passenger names, dates of birth, gender or nationality from here. Please email contactus@flexibletrips.com should any of these four elements be incorrect. If no 'Update Passenger Info' button is shown then we do not require API for this airline.
